for a 21st birthday dress? i’ve already looked at urban and asos. my major problem with dresses is that i’m almost 5’ 9” with a looong torso so most dresses are SHORT on me. on top of it, i’m an hourglass so that changes how a lot of things fit on me (compared to all of my un-hourglass friends). ALSOOO i want it to be under $50. but if it’s suuuuper legit i’ll go over. IF.
